The Ministry of The Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform and Religious Affairs (MPSCPRRA) embarked on the restructuring and streamlining of the hiring process in the Belize Public Service to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process.

This site is designed to be a central repository that contains all job vacancies within the Belize Public Service. It will provide you with access to view vacancies and submit online applications. It replaces and automates the manual recruitment system that traditionally existed, so there is no need to fill out a paper-based job application form. Once applications are submitted electronically, notifications are automatically sent to you informing of the successful submission thus enhancing our level of responsiveness to our citizens.

Applicants will also receive automatic notification if their application is shortlisted and can easily communicate with administrative personnel at MPSCPR concerning their application, through the online messaging service. This enables you to have easier access to government personnel so that your application queries can be addressed faster.

This model represents a cost-effective way to attract many prospective candidates and provides an insight to the type of qualifications required to fill positions in the public service. It is anticipated that it will garner even more job applications, to select the most suitable candidates to fill positions in the public service.

This is all a part of the effort being made to promote transparency, accountability and strengthen good governance in the Belize Public Service.
