Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and implementing new and modified features of software application and developing data migration and integration processes, using identified development tools and technologies. Also responsible for analyzing, coding, designing, documenting, modifying, testing, and troubleshooting software programs and application for the Immigration and Nationality Department. The incumbent may also create web-based services produced from external applications to help to integrate software application which maybe the primary resource for determining the approach to be utilized in any software project implementation. Creating technical specification and writing operational and development documents are also key function of the incumbent.

Belize Constitution (Public Service) Regulations 2014, Financial and Stores Orders, Finance and Audit (Reform) Act and any other instructions which may be issued from time to time.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field with 3 years’ experience in the software development life cycle.
